Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We currently offer Standard Shipping (5 business days).
  • Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $60.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship within the United States via USPS.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do ship internationally.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country. Delivery times vary depending on location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@heaveninstate47.com and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
